ALL classes are ongoing and you may try a drop in class or register for a membership at any time. Schedule is subject to change without notice. If you are new to Yogi Way, please arrive 10 minute early for registration procedure. It is best to practice yoga with an empty stomach, but i you must eat before class a light snack is best. Comfortable clothing recommended. Do bring a towel if you tend to sweat a lot. Office Hours Monday-Thursday: 1:30pm-5:30pm
